These tools search for patterns, keywords, and even career trajectories that seem to “fit” the ideal candidate.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;It’s efficient — but not always fair.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h3&gt;⚙️ How the Screening Works&lt;/h3&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;When you upload your resume, AI software scans for:&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt;

The trick is not to resist AI, but to learn how to augment and make AI your ally.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
